  • Shipping Policy

    We stock/ship goods from our/suppliers/vendors warehouses located in both NEW ZEALAND and AUSTRALIA, CHINA to New Zealand Nationwide. Your order is important to us, which is why we want to make sure that your products arrive on time and in excellent condition.

    * We can never guarantee on actual delivery time frame and ETAs are based on top of dispatch process.

    * If you need to make any changes, it needs to be made within 30 minutes after payment, as otherwise your order could be dispatched already and would be couldn’t to change details from there.

  • Delivery Timeframes

    - DELIVERY TIMEFRAME for DIRECT IMPORT items: 15- 20 Business Days. Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take 3-5 additional days. It will be delivered by local courier company once landing in NZ.

  • Shipping timeframe around public holiday periods

    Please allow a few extra working days during public holidays. During the Christmas period - please expect courier delivery to take a little longer than usual.

  • Track your orders

    When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number. We use a third-party courier company to ship orders. If you have any questions regarding the status of your shipment, we will try our best to help you contact the courier company. However, we have no controls over the courier companies' delivery timeframe or outcome.

    * For DIRECT IMPORT products. We use Australian Courier Service to send the order. All take up to 15 - 20 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery (INCLUDING ORDER PROCESSING TIME)

  • General terms

    * DIRECT IMPORT PRODUCTS are shipped directly from our International/overseas suppliers/vendors.

    * We and our suppliers/vendors, will use its best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however many factors (some of which are beyond our and the Supplier’s/Vendor’s control) can affect these timeframes and the suppliers/vendors cannot guarantee that they will always be met. However, we want to get your orders to you as quickly as humanly possible.

    * All orders only process on Monday to Friday and not include weekends or holidays. For orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will processing on the following Monday. The orders also may take longer period to process during holiday periods.

  • Returns & Refund

    * We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us. We will resolve your case as quickly as we can.
