    Your use of the website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the website.


    By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen years old. We only sell and ship Products from Australia to New Zealand. We do not make deliveries outside of New Zealand.


    Information Error


    Although we do our best to ensure prices, information and photo stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing, information or photo error occurs (subject to applicable law that cannot be excluded), we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing, information or photo stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.


    All prices on our Website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.


    Prices are subject to change for any reason at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders which we have already processed.

    Warranty & Return


    Postol generally offers a 12-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise.


    Warranty Claims:


    ALL Claims need to be sent to us via email. To prevent unnecessary claim delays, we ask that the following is included in the initial claim email:


    • Order / Tax Invoice Number
    • Manual with missing parts indicated (if applicable)
    • Images/Video clearly showing fault (if applicable)
    • Images/Video clearly showing goods in the original packaging (if applicable)

    Note: All images and videos must be attached to emails at an appropriate size, we are not able to make a clear assessment of image thumbnails.


    Please do not dispose of items before contacting us. We may ask for items back to be inspected. We will not provide credit/refund in cases where goods have been disposed of before submitting a claim to us.


    Faulty or Damaged in Transit Products:


    - You are required to connect us or sales@postol.co.nz to provide us following information.


    1. Order / Tax Invoice Number
    2. Images/Video clearly showing fault / Damaged (if applicable)
    3. Accurate description of the fault

    - We will validate the return and our team will guide you towards a drop off at our nearest branch or organize courier pick up


    - Please allow 2-4 working days to us for the assessment of the fault/damage to approve the claim.


    - All the returning product has to be packed in the original, unmarked packaging with all the parts and user manual include.


    - Please note that if the original packaging has been damaged or disposed or have not included the parts/accessories that come with the product, only a partial refund will be granted.


    - Most of cases, we will try our best to arrange a replacement or a replacement part/s for you if applicable or otherwise a full or partial refund will be issued.


    Change of Mind Requests


    We only accept change of mind within 7 days after the item is delivered.


    Original shipping and return shipping will be at buyer's cost. The return courier is at the transit risk of the buyer.


    Returning items must be unopened, unused with clean original packaging and all accessories.


    Please note we do not accept change of mind returns on mattresses, toppers and related products due to health and hygiene reasons.


    The refund only process when the item returned to our warehouse and assess by our team. Please allow 2-4 working days after the item arrived to our warehouse.


    All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless faulty or an arrangement is made by mutual agreement with Postol

    No return of Goods shall be accepted by Postol if they have been used in any improper way for any purpose, or if they are non- standard goods sold on a non-return basis.


    Credit Card Payment


    Postol will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner. Please note that Postol will not store customer's credit card details.


    Pre-orders


    Pre-orders are the same as regular orders, except that you doesn't need to made payment until they have arrived in our warehouse.


    Arrival dates to our warehouse for pre-ordered items can sometimes change due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we'll inform you once the items arrive to our warehouse.

Permission is granted to you to copy electronically and to print in hard copy portions of this Site for the sole purpose of using this Site as an information resource (or of ordering goods or services and using this Site as a shopping resource). Any other use of materials on this Site-including reproduction for purposes other than noted above, modification, distribution, or reproduction without the prior written permission of Postol is strictly prohibited.
