Everyone needs at least 7-8 hours of sleep time to fully recharge your body. However, sometimes you may affect by various reasons, such as a snoring partner, unhealthy lifestyle, poor environment, afternoon caffeine drinks.

 

To know whether your mattress is to be responsible, following are the visible signal your mattress is affect your sleep.

 

You bed cause back pain

One of the classic signals is the continuous back pain you having after sleeping. There is many factors can caused your back pain such as sleeping position, but higher chance could be your mattress does not support the natural contour of your back.

 

You feel too hot during sleeping time

If the mattress could not provide you the suitable temperature, perhaps you should change your mattress to let you have a comfortable night. Latex and pocket spring mattresses offer a cooling sensation during sleep. The solid memory foam from the mattresses will absorb body heat. This is helpful if you prefer a warm and comfortable surface to sleep.

 

You find it difficult to fall asleep

Normally, we need 10 to 20 minutes of lying down to fall asleep. But it gets frustrating if it takes hours or more to doze off.

One signal of discomfort during sleep is the constant tossing and turning. Often switching positions during your sleep can show that your mattress does not provide the good comfort that your body requires. It may be too soft or too hard for your body. Restlessness even after sleep is a big sign that your mattress is not able to give you the enough support and make your body confortable. The bad mattress can cause you feel more tired than before even you more than the hours required. If you continuous feeling restlessness after the sleep, you should seek advice from doctor or change a better mattress.

 

You experience allergic reactions

A good mattress provides sufficient protection against dust mites and allergens. If your mattress is already old and worn out, it loses this quality, causing allergy and irritation.
